El principal objetivo era crear la imagen de un bar común español, algo llano y cercano, y usar un cartel con su nombre como atrezo para el anuncio. Se plantearon diferentes opciones tipográficas basadas en el imaginario popular.
El nombre de La Grieta es una referencia al juego League of Legends.
The main goal was to create the feeling of a typical Spanish bar, something simple and common, and use it on a sign with its name as a prop for the advertisement. Different type approaches were considered based on popular imagery.
The name 'La Grieta' (The Rift) is a reference to League of Legends.
El diseño también fue utilizado como ambientación para el propio evento del anuncio, incluyéndose en el escenario a modo de proyección durante el estreno del spot.
The design was also used as decoration during the actual announcement event, being incorporated into the stage as a projection during the premiere of the spot.
